Auto Shop Controller - Online Edition

Our new Auto Shop Controller - Online Edition is a true web based application.  It's specifically designed to work in conjunction with the Auto Shop Controller - Desktop Edition.

Currently the Auto Shop Controller - Desktop Edition is required.  These products were designed to work together.  However we expect our online edition to be a stand alone product by December, 2010.  Best of all, our online edition is free*
 

Start by logging in from our secure page.  Once your shop is registered your ready to go.

Work Screen:
Although slightly different, the general functionally is very similar to Version 11 of our Desktop Edition.  View service history,  work-in-progress, quotes, parts, today's sales.  You can even validate Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN's).

VIN Validation:
Validate your customer’s vehicles VIN with our advanced validation system.
From the Work Screen, click the “VIN” button and a report will be produced on the vehicle in question. This is the same functionally as our Version 11 Desktop Edition.  Plus speed up the entry of your new vehilces by having the system pre-populate the fields based on the VIN.

Parts Lookup:
Made to look similar to our desktop edtion for ease of familiarity.  Find what you are looking for with our "Wild Card" search, "In Stock Only" search and more. 

Plus, additional columns can be added to your lookup below, for example, Vendor, Department, Last Sold, Qty
in Stock.  Adding of columns can be done in the "Customize, Define Parts Lookup" section. 

Parts Sales Graph:
Multiple views are available. Review the additional buttons on the bottom, such as "Current Month." Plus, this graph can be sorted by units, as seen below, or by revenue. 
 

Sales Reports:
An array of reports are available.  Drill down on parts sales, services or any combination.  Review invoice details. Interrogate your financials or simply check today's sales.  It's all here.

Advanced Data Export Features:
Want greater functionally?  Export your customers, vehicles, vendors, et. al. to Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.  Take advantage of Excel's advanced graphing tools.  

Services Due:
Produce detailed service-due-reminder-reports based on your filter.  Plus you can print postcard reminders or quickly email your customers their service's due reminders. 

Complete Accounts Receivable:
Run balance due reports in summary or detail.  Print account statements or simply quickly email them their account statement - Get paid quicker. 

 

Animated, Character based, Video Help Files.  Throughout the application there are multiple blue question marks .  Simply click to obtain more information on the feature in question.

* This type of animated help is also available in our desktop edition.

How the Desktop and Online Editions remain in synchronization.

Online Edition
If you select to, this upgrade can synchronize with our new Auto Shop Controller – Online Edition. All users on our monthly service plan or our subscription service are entitled to use this major new addition to our product line...Auto Shop Controller - Online Edition. 

Once an account is established, within the Customize of Auto Shop Controller - Desktop Edition, please enable 'Online Synchronization'  This transparently keeps your Auto Shop Controller Desktop and Online Editions in constant synchronization.
