Technical Support Agreement:
Thank you for your purchase of The Auto Shop Controller™ Shop Management System. Your purchase of The Auto Shop Controller™ Shop Management System shows that you are a devoted person to your business and that you are now ready to take the next step to making it a more profitable one.
Your purchase allows you to join our Auto Shop Controller™ Technical Support Program. This program is open only to clients that are currently operating on the latest version of The Auto Shop Controller™. By joining the Technical Support Program, you will receive benefits such as:
| • | Unlimited Toll Free Technical Support during business hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday . All members of your immediate staff are welcome to call for technical support. | |
| • | Unlimited Maintenance Releases, under the current version, will be available for all clients via online downloads. MAJOR NEWS: Complete access to "Auto Shop Controller Online Edition when released in June, 2010. |

| • | New version releases, at no additional cost. These upgrades will be shipped via UPS, at no additional charge. | |
| • | Online support via internet. Should client have an issue that cannot be remedied via phone support, you agree to allow a Computer Perfect representative to log into your computer to verify and attempt to correct the issue at hand. | |
| • | Unlimited access to our new VIN Validation Service. | |
| • | 10% off all serivce reminder post cards | |
| • | Technical support shall be provided on a first come first serve basis, with calls being accepted or returned in the order in which they are received. Computer Perfect does not guarantee it will be able to help all callers. Some calls are too complex to be resolved via phone. We answer 95% of all support calls on the second ring. We care about your business. |

| • | This monthly agreement is self-renewing and continues. However, either party may cancel this agreement after an initial six-month commitment has been satisfied. | |
| • | On the fifteenth of each month, customer agrees to be billed via an automatic debit of their checking account of $ 53.95 USD. If customer selects to be billed via a monthly charge to their credit card, the fee will be $ 58.95 USD per month. The first months billing will be prorated. |
