Auto Shop Controller Online Edition:

The Auto Shop Controller Online Edition is a cloud based application and is specifically designed to work in an automotive repair environment.  This is the next evolution in shop management.  Existing Auto Shop Conroller Desktop Edition users can complete a quick, automatic, conversion to this clould application.  Most features found in our  desktop edition are available in our online editon.

  • Create Work-In-Progress work order or quotes.

To gain access to the Online Edition, go into Auto Shop Controller Desktop Edition and run the 'Online Synchronization Wizard' within the Customize as seen to the left.

After successful sign in....Welcome.

Work Screen:
Although slightly different, the general functionality is very similar to  our Desktop Edition. 
View service history,  Work-in-Progress, Quotes, Parts, Today's Sales.  You can even validate VIN's and cusomer Email addresses.

VIN Validation:

Validate your customers' vehicle VINs with our advanced validation system.
From the Work Screen, click the "VIN" button and a report will be produced on the vehicle in question, in the same manner as our Desktop Edition. You can speed up the entry of new vehicles by having the system pre-populate the fields based on the VIN.

Parts Look-Up

Made to look similar to our desktop edtion for ease of use.  Find what you are looking for with our "Wild Card" search, "In Stock Only" search and more. 

Plus, additional columns can be added to your lookup below, for example, Vendor, Department, Last Sold, Qty
in Stock. 
Adding of columns can be done in the "Customize, Define Parts Lookup" section. 

Parts Sales Graph:

Multiple views are available. Review the additional buttons on the bottom, such as "Current Month". Plus, this graph can be sorted by units, as seen below, or by revenue.


Sales Reports:

An array of reports are available.  Drill down on parts sales, services or any combination.  Review invoice details. Simply check today's sales.  It's all here.

Advanced Data Export Features:

Want greater functionality?  Export your customers, vehicles, vendors, and other data to Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.  Take advantage of Excel's advanced graphing tools.  

Services Due:

Produce detailed service-due-reminder-reports based on your filter.  Plus you can print postcard reminders or quickly email your customers their service reminders. 

Complete Accounts Receivable:

Run balance due reports in summary or detail.  Print account statements or simply quickly email them their account statement - Get paid quicker.
