Although slightly different, the general functionality is very similar to our Desktop Edition. View service history, Work-in-Progress, Quotes, Parts, Today's Sales. You can even validate VIN's and cusomer Email addresses.
Validate your customers' vehicle VINs with our advanced validation system.
From the Work Screen, click the "VIN" button and a report will be produced on the vehicle in question, in the same manner as our Desktop Edition. You can speed up the entry of new vehicles by having the system pre-populate the fields based on the VIN.
Made to look similar to our desktop edtion for ease of use. Find what you are looking for with our "Wild Card" search, "In Stock Only" search and more.
Plus, additional columns can be added to your lookup below, for example, Vendor, Department, Last Sold, Qty
in Stock. Adding of columns can be done in the "Customize, Define Parts Lookup" section.
Parts Sales Graph:
Multiple views are available. Review the additional buttons on the bottom, such as "Current Month". Plus, this graph can be sorted by units, as seen below, or by revenue.
