Installation Notes:
*As with all
software upgrades, you can’t be using the software on any computer while the
upgrade is taking place.
*Auto Shop Controller automatically performs a
backup of your data (customers, vehicles, history, etc) as part of the
installation routine. However we still recommend you run your own backup prior
to the installation.
* If you’re upgrading Auto Shop Controller on a
network, when your first station is completed, then simply go to another
station, launch Auto Shop Controller which will then prompt you to install an
update.

Screen resolution 1,024 X 768 or higher,
Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Seven

Controller - Online Edition
Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0 or Firefox 5.0 or higher are
recommended.
* Desktop and Online Editions
remain in constant synchronization which allows our users to get acquainted to
our new Online Edition at their own pace. Plus it’s free to our shops enrolled
in our support program.
If you would like to take a look at our online edition,
after version 12 is
installed, run the new setup
wizard within the Customize labeled ‘Online Synchronization
Wizard.’
