Today's Sales Report
From the Main Menu screen, click on Daily and then Today's Sales. You will then see the screen below. What you will be looking at is a snapshot of that moment in time of the money that has been taken in since the last closeout procedure. The sales figures selection presents not only the money collected, but the number of invoices processed, number on Invoices in Progress, and the breakdown of sales and parts revenue.
These breakdowns can also be presented in graphical formats as seen below.
The screen belows shows daily income in a simple format of type of funds collected such as Cash, Master/Visa, Amex. etc.
From these screens, any number of printouts can be created. The page is first printed to the screen, and then can be sent to the printer.
