Technical Support

Ways of obtaining technical support:

1) $ 199 per call if you do not have a technical support contract.  Please call our office so we may fax you over this agreement.  We must receive it back signed and with a your credit card information filled in.  From there a support person will contact you.

2) Purchase a technical support contract.
Example:  As of this December, 2003 technical support agreement consist of the following:

$ 44.95 per month which incudes toll-free technical support and all software upgrades that are released within your agreement term.  This $ 44.95 support contract is a month by month contract and my be canceled by either parts, however a six month minimum commitment is required. 

All pricing noted above is in United States Dollars (USD).  Also, the $ 44.95 option is only available to USA customers.  

Please call us @ 1-800-682-4075 so we may fax you a contract or go to www.autoshopcontroller.com to download a service contract.

Please note that in order to purchase a month by month contract for $ 44.95 you must be on the current version.
Example:  Your running version 8.0 and you want to purchase a service contract.  You must first upgrade to the current version then you will be eligible to purchase a service contract.
