Customize / Windows Settings: Set up data path location:
System Files Path - This is the sub-directory where the data files are kept such as your customers, vehicles, service history, etc. If this is a single user installation, it will be C:\AUTODATA. If it is a multi-user system, it may be C:\AUTODATA for the server and F:\AUTOUSER (etc.) for every client (workstation).
Local Files Path - This is the local sub-directory for the executable file AUTO.EXE, usually C:\AUTOUSER.

Example of a three stations network data path.
Server: Data Files: C:\AutoData Local Files: C:\AutoUser
Workstation 1: Data Files: F:\AutoData Local Files C:\AutoUser
Workstation2: Data Files: F:\AutoData Local Files C:\AutoUser
For your technical reference, these file settings are held within the mbzpath.dbf in the \AutoUser folder.
You must setup drive mapping on all client workstations in order for AutoShop to function.
