Customize / Transaction Setting / Pricing

This can be accessed under the Pricing tab in Customize Transaction Settings.



Automatically Set Prices to Match Margins - When this box is checked, the program will automatically calculate the prices for different levels based on the cost of the product and on the Margin that you set in this box.

Show 'Costs' at F3- Work Screen Product Lookup - When this box is checked, the cost of each item will be shown in the product lookup screen.  If this box is not checked, that field will not be shown.  This is nice if your customers can see your Work Screen, because you don't want to show them what you paid for it while they are buying it.  

Round Digits - This box allows you to round either the last digit or the last two digits to a certain number, such as 9.  If you check the Round Last Digit Only, and choose 9 as the number, it will round 1.54 to 1.59, or 1.48 to 1.49, etc..  If you choose to round the last two digits, the program would automatically round any price to have 99 cents at the end.  (4.20 would round to 4.99, 7.65 would round to 7.99, etc.).
